Hotel Torcolo "Residenze Del Cuore" - Verona

Very friendly service with helpful recommendations.

I was disappointed with the condition of our room. The bathroom had a moldy shower that needed urgent attention. Street noise from the local traffic was quite bothersome at night.

The location unbeatable close to all restaurants. Bright, absolutely perfect room with an en suite bathroom and a bidet, a shower cap, and towels.

Hotel was quaint, rooms were cheap and modest. Really enjoyed the room with a bathtub, my bed was very comfy. The location of the venue was very central, very close to the main square and amphitheatre as well as the shopping district.

The shower holder was broken. The room had low-level windows which resulted in limited natural light, and the beds were hard as rock-definitely not the best for a good night's sleep.

Ideal location: The arena is 7 steps away (literally). Near all the restaurants, the main street of Mazzini (all the shops). A view from the window of a real Italian street with medieval houses. Hotel staff at the highest level! Breakfast is big: coffee, rolls, omelette, pepperoni, cheese.

Consider asking about nearby parking options. The garage is only 15€ daily and very secure.

the staff is responsive, kind, attentive, it is our second time in this hotel. In the center of Verona, all the restaurants are nearby, the hotel has its own bar, 15 min on foot to the railway, near the supermarket

The room is very poorly decorated and old. Poor lighting, terrible bed. View from the window of the tent in the courtyard. Old towels. In general, the price of the hotel is high only because of the location.

The location is unbeatable, just 2 min from the Arena! Rooms are clean but a bit basic. Wish the shower holder was fixed because it was a chore to use. A cozy stay 😊

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were great too. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with fresh fruit and a nice selection. The location was unbeatable, just minutes from the main attractions. I felt super comfortable throughout my visit 😊

Excellent service, bright suite with great water pressure, a very nice bathroom and a fridge. Awesome location of the hotel right in the centre. Based really close to Verona historical center, main square and the arena and the main pedestrian shopping heart.
